Overview
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or not to your standard, please feel welcome to inform us of this issue within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or return, your purchase must be either damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. It must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
We will not refund for change of mind or in the rare case that you simply did not like the taste, as our items are consumable and perishable.
To complete your refund or return, simply provide us with the invoice number or receipt as proof of purchase, and a photo of the goods in question.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have assessed your refund request, or have received and inspected your returned goods, we will notify you through email of the result of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment. The refund will appear depending on your banks processing time.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, contact your credit card or bank company as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@harumadetea.com and we will assist you. If the item you are requesting happens to be out of stock, you can exchange for another item of equal value.
Depending on where you are located, the time may vary for when you receive your exchanged product.
Shipping returns
To return your product, get in contact with us and we will provide instructions on where you should mail your item.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We kindly let you know that shipping costs are non-refundable.
For peace of mind, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
