Shipping Information

All our orders are carefully packed from our registered Haru Haru Trading address located in Selangor, Malaysia.

Shipping times for orders within Peninsular Malaysia: 2-4 business days standard shipping.
Shipping cost for Peninsular Malaysia: RM8 for orders 3kg and under. Additional RM4 per 1kg thereafter. 
*Same day delivery may be applicable for orders within Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Selangor- from RM12 for orders 5kg and under.

Shipping times for orders to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, & Labuan): 3-5 business days standard shipping.
Shipping cost for East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, & Labuan): RM16 for orders 1kg and under. Additional RM8 per 0.5kg thereafter.
*Our tea caramel range is excluded from delivery to East Malaysia.

International shipping times: We are currently unavailable to ship internationally just yet, but when that changes, we will update you through our website and media platforms.

Contact us if your delivery is delayed and we will happily track its whereabouts for you. We use a combination of delivery options within Malaysia with local couriers. 

We kindly inform that same day delivery above 5kg will incur an additional RM8 shipping fee. To choose your shipping option, proceed to checkout and select the option applicable to you. All shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout.

Please note: If purchasing during festive months or during a sale period, shipping times may take longer due to higher volume of orders. We welcome that this can be frustrating, but we thank you for your patience and understanding during those times.
